Shipping & Return Policies

All Olympia orders placed online will be shipped via UPS. Except those being shipped to PO boxes – they will go USPS. All orders will be processed in the order of which they are received and they will be processed as soon as possible – usually within 1 business day. Orders will be shipped Monday through Thursday. UPS does not ship on Saturday and Sunday and they do not count as “business” shipping days. To determine transit time for UPS Ground, please reference the MAP. Olympia takes great care not to ship packages so they sit in warehouses over the weekend – with exception being during the cold winter months. UPS policy is to leave it up to the driver’s discretion to judge if it is safe to leave packages sit on the porch or at the front door. Please plan on being home the day your shipment is scheduled to arrive so if it is left you can be there to get it before it is exposed to the elements.

All Olympia shipments are done out of our Chambersburg, PA location. UPS shipping rates are based upon weight and delivery zip code. Olympia charges customers EXACTLY what we are charged from UPS – what you pay is what we pay. There are no hidden fees or handling fees automatically added to the shipping cost on our website.

Much care is taken in packing orders neatly and tightly. All chocolates are individually cupped before packed – with exception to pretzels, barks & clusters. Clean, new, food grade bubble wrap & waxed tissue paper is used to pad each box and is very safe if it touches the chocolates.

Olympia does not accept returns on any edible products. Refunds are done in the form of store credit only unless Olympia is at fault or if your package/products were damaged in transit. All discussion on returns and refunds must be done directly with the owner.

Olympia trusts UPS with shipping and delivering each box, but they are not perfect and mistakes do happen. If your package has arrived unsatisfactorily please call Olympia directly at the Chambersburg store – 717-263-3282 – and explain your situation to one of our associates. More than likely the owner will contact you directly and discuss the situation and resolution.
